UPDATE – Support Liam to Support BARC

UPDATE

After completing his second fundraising challenge, Liam successfully raised an incredible £1,360 for charity — a true testament to his determination and the amazing support from those around him. Taking on a gruelling 12-hour event, he pushed himself to the limit and showed just how much can be achieved when passion meets purpose.

Although the challenge is now complete, donations are still open — so if you’d like to contribute, it’s not too late. Every penny helps and goes directly to a fantastic cause.

Below, Liam shares more about the challenge and how much your support — whether through donations or simply being there — really meant to him.

After the success of last year’s great north run and all the money we managed to raise for BARC, I have decided to set myself another challenge to help towards this amazing cause and all the people who work tirelessly everyday to make sure that all those less fortunate animals have food, water and shelter until they find their forever home!

So, this year I’ll be doing the ‘Dusk till Dawn’ run, down at Manvers Lake, it is a run starting at 6pm on the 19^th of July and finishing at 6am on the 20^th.

It consists of a 5km circuit and basically just as many laps as you can manage in those 12 hours! As I’ve said before I’m always up for a new challenge and this seems like a good one, so any support you can give is massively appreciated even if you can’t afford to donate it would still be great to see lots of smiling faces to keep me going while I’m doing it, so please come along and say hello!
